·       Download Huawei modem  unlocker  and then  install it.

·       Insert  the modem  that you  want  to unlock  in  your  computer.

·       Now open the program (Huawei modem unlocker)  and  click refresh.

·       Click  unlock.

        Now  your  modem  is unlocked.
